Lynn joined O'Reilly Stewart Solicitors in 1989 as part of the administrative team working in the Residential Conveyancing Department and also dealing with the recovery of mortgage arrears on behalf of lenders.
Having worked in a legal environment for many years and wanting to develop her legal career further, Lynn studied a law degree, undertook her post-graduate training and qualified as a Solicitor.
In 2010, Lynn was appointed an Associate Solicitor of the firm. Lynn has expertise in all areas of residential conveyancing. She is the firm's contact for first time buyers and specialises in Northern Ireland Co-Ownership Housing transactions. Lynn also acts for builders in all aspects of residential developments.
Due to her extensive experience, Lynn manages the Mortgage Repossession Team who act for a number of lending institutions in mortgage arrears recovery and heads up the Department responsible for possession sales.
Lynn also provides Will, Probate and Enduring Power of Attorney advices to private clients.
