Stuart's main areas of practice relate to Uninsured Loss Recovery litigation work and other Plaintiff litigation although he also has a particular interest in Insurance Defence litigation.

Stuart also has extensive experience in Public and Employers' Liability actions.

In recent years Stuart's practice has expanded to cover hearing loss claims and he is also involved in ASR Hip Replacement claims.
