One of the foremost lawyers of his generation in Northern Ireland, Brian has been at the forefront of all legislation over the past decade reforming litigation practice.

He is presently the Law Society’s representative on the Civil Justice Reform Committee. A past Chairman of the Belfast Solicitors Association, he is an existing member of the County Court Rules Committee and Queens Bench Liaison Committee. He acts for Insurers in Catastrophic loss cases and supervises the Firm’s Defence Litigation Team. He also acts for a number of Pharmaceutical companies and is the market leader in Product Liability.
