Janet Williamson heads up the Commercial Property Department within the firm and together with Imelda McMillan, Partner, oversees all of the Commercial and Residential Conveyancing.

Janet has over 15 years experience and has worked on numerous property transactions including major new apartment and housing developments throughout Northern Ireland. Janet also acts on behalf of several major lending institutions, advising on adapting and amending their mortgage documentation for lending in Northern Ireland and perfecting security in both commercial and residential transactions.
