Joe has been Managing Partner of the firm since 2004.
A qualified Solicitor Advocate, he specialises in High Court civil actions and has extensive experience in a diverse range of complex and sensitive litigation matters including Serious Accident Investigation, Clinical Negligence, Education and Judicial Review.
Joe was appointed to the Exceptional Circumstances Body in 2010.
Recent Cases
Joe represented a client, in April 2011, who was awarded almost £700,000 in a medical negligence case. The client recieved injuries when a central line was inserted negligently at Belfast City Hospital. This resulted in an air embolism forming, leading directly to a stroke. The client has since made a good recovery.
