Shauna graduated from Queens University in 2006 and joined O'Reilly Stewart Solicitors in 2007.

As a member of the Commercial team, Shauna is involved with employment, education and commercial matters.

She advises both employers and employees in relation to employment disputes including disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy procedures, unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, and review of employment documentation. She has represented both Claimants and Respondents in the Industrial Tribunal.
